RETURN FOR DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
All orders are handled and packaged to guarantee their safe arrival. If your package is delivered with noticeable external damage, please refuse shipment unopened, citing damage. This will help to ensure quick replacement of your order, refund, or store credit. If, once you open the package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packagings and notify us immediately. We will respond quickly with instructions about how to return your purchase.

3. Purchasing name and address
Stefani Fine Art will not issue credit for any merchandise that has reached beyond 30 calendar days from the time your order was delivered. We are sorry, but original shipping charges are not refundable.
